1978 - Opened for Business 1996 - Incorporated 2000 - ISO9001 Certified 2009 - AS9100B Registered 2013 - Entropy Machining In 1978 DMC Machining was born as a partnership between David and Maria Covarrubias. In 1996 DMC Machining was incorporated and it's name changed to DMC Manufacturing Corporation to more accurately describe it's expanded capabilities.
We achieved certification to ISO9001 in 2000 and AS9100B in 2009.
After almost 30 years of working directly with Prime Contract customers in aerospace, David Covarrubias decided it was time to slow down and withdraw from direct-to-prime work. With the help of his son Ricardo, DMC closed it’s doors in 2012. In 2013 the helm was handed over to Ricardo Covarrubias and Entropy Machining was born. David remains very active in the company which now focuses on sub-prime build-to-print aerospace and commercial work but its philosophy remains the same. We at DMC believe in growing and profiting with our clients, not off of them. This way of thinking has kept us in business with many of the same companies that we served back in 1978.
